Storage 'Condo' Project Secures Funding

Surprise, AZ
The west valley is about to get its first Storage Condominium project. Arizona Personal
Storage Systems, LLC (APSS) received a $6M construction funding commitment last week, from a private capital firm,
clearing the way to submit their application to the city for a building permit.
James Mannett, president of APSS says. "We are very excited about this recent development. It shows that there is
a tremendous amount of interest in storage ownership as opposed to renting a storage unit. The restrictive nature
of many HOA's combined with the destructive nature of our Arizona climate, makes this project of particular interest
to owners of high value Boats and RV's. Owners can now build equity and appreciation, while protecting their property
from the elements and vandals, and keeping peace with their fellow neighbors."
APSS intends to build and sell approximately 320 individual storage condominiums sized specifically to house Boats,
RV's, collector cars, desert toys, etc. Located near the corner of Bullard and Peoria Avenue in Surprise, AZ, this
24/7 gated facility will offer a variety of amenities to the owners including a Valet/detail center, self service
wash bays, sanitary disposal, a video security system, and potable water.
The individual storage units will include electricity, lighting, fire suppression, a sectional roll-up door, and
an optional security camera. A small annual association fee will cover maintenance of the facility, insurance,
electricity and other costs.
