AZPSS Selects Bunger Steel
February 5th, 2008
Surprise, AZ
Arizona Personal Storage Systems (AZPSS) of Surprise, AZ today signed a $2M contract
with Bunger Steel of Phoenix, AZ to provide 9 steel buildings consisting of 217,000 square feet of storage
condominium space to be located near the corner of Bullard and Peoria Avenues in Surprise, AZ. These 9 steel
buildings will be divided into 317 individual, garage style storage units sized specifically to accommodate
large vehicles such as RV's, Boats and car collections.
James Mannett, project owner, says, "We selected Bunger Steel because we felt they are best equipped to provide
the unique type of steel building we require. Individual owners of these storage units will expect and appreciate
their higher level of quality and workmanship." Brandon Bunger, Senior Vice President of Bunger Steel says, "We
are pleased AZPSS selected us for their project. Storage Condominium projects like this one present certain design
challenges best met by a Steel Manufacturer rather than a broker. AZPSS recognizes the benefits of working with
us to deliver high quality buildings to their buyers."
Units will be sized from 14X30 to 26X85 with many sizes in between. 14' vertical clearance will accommodate most
any vehicle. Construction should begin by May 2008 with first move-in's by July. To learn more about Arizona
