$2M contract with Bunger Steel of Phoenix, AZ to provide 9 steel buildings consisting of 217,000 square

| Storage 'Condo' Project Secures Funding |

The west valley is about to get its first Storage Condominium project. Arizona Personal
Storage Systems, LLC (APSS) received a $6M construction funding commitment last week, from a
private capital firm, clearing the way to submit their application to the city for a building
