The buildings are constructed of Steel to conform to the UBC and Maricopa County codes. They are designed to meet IBC 2003 - 90C MPH specifications. The floors consist of steel reinforced concrete and are designed to support heavy loads. The doors are steel sectional roll-up doors and are equipped with tamper resistant locks. They are either manually or electrically operated by remote.
